Ad-Hoc Minute Taker – Flexible Work on Scheduled Dates

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Minute Taker to assist with meetings on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year. This role involves attending scheduled meetings throughout the day, taking accurate minutes, and providing clear, concise documentation.

Key Details:
  •  Pre-scheduled dates and times provided in advance
  •  Meetings take place throughout the day
  •  mostly online - some will need to be in person
  •  Competitive hourly rate
Responsibilities:
  • Attend scheduled meetings and take detailed, structured minutes
  • Capture key discussion points, decisions, and action items
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of meeting notes
  • Format and submit minutes promptly after each meeting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in minute-taking or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Access to a laptop and necessary software for documentation
