About the role:
- We are seeking a skilled intermediate level IT Engineer to join one of our North Shore based clients on a permanent basis.
- Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with system and server administration, and ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure.
- You will work closely with the IT team to maintain and improve the technical environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting, with a passion for technology and a commitment to learn and grow.

- At least 4 years of experience in a related role.
- Experience with Microsoft desktop and server OS, cloud technologies, Linux, hypervisors, and storage solutions.
- Problem-Solving Abilities and strong people skills
- Must be able to multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Knowledge about security principles and certifications.
